Hong Kong now invites an experienced professional to join the business Solution team as Business Project Manager

Principal Accountabilities

Produce detailed business requirement specifications

Participate in system enhancements and interfaces projects; Perform User Acceptance Test and documents test results

Define and implement business and technical processes; design, develop and implement solutions to meet user requirements

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce cots

Assist in preparation of project plans, status reports and management updates

Provide assistance to business users of different locations in the preparation of test plans, user guidelines, documentation project plans and status reports, and create training materials or assist in training where necessary

Liaise with various IT teams, business users and external vendors

Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements

Take measures to reduce operational risk

Experience/Skills Required

University graduate with at least three years’ relevant experience in business analysis or system development and support

A solid understanding of securities processing, specifically for Sub-custody or Domestic Custody preferred

Proficient interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Strong business process and analytical skills

Customer focused and able to provide a high level of service in a timely and accurate manner

Able to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines with a challenging work environment

Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English

YOU MUST HAVE 5+ YEARS INVESTMENT BANKING OR SECURITIES EXPERIENCE TO QUALIFY FOR THIS JOB
