Working in a close-knit team, you will use your Japanese language skills to provide 1st Level Help Desk Support for the Japan office. This will include telephone and remote technical assistance by providing basic IT support. All training will be provided.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have the ability to speak Japanese at ideally a business-level. Completion of a Japanese Language Proficiency Test will be highly-desirable.
